Shipping Methods

All straighteners and flat irons arrive to you via UPS or USPS tracked shipping so you know when your package is arriving and where it currently is! Hair straightener rentals arrive by 8:00 PM local time on the specified day of arrival. 

Easy Returns 

We make it super easy to return your flat iron rental after your fabulous vacation! Just slip it back into the box it arrived in (or any box) and use the pre-paid shipping label we provide. Drop it off at the appropriate location (either UPS or USPS depending on your label) by noon the day after your rental period ends, and we will take it from there!
